How can I book a chauffeur?
You can book online via our booking form or by contacting us directly, sharing your journey details and preferred vehicle. Our team is available 24/7 for bookings, quotes and last-minute journeys.
Can I change my booking after it’s confirmed?
Yes, you can modify your booking details with sufficient notice.
What happens if I forget something in the vehicle?
If this happens, contact us immediately, and we will assist in retrieving lost items.
Is there a waiting charge for your services?
Yes, waiting charges may apply after a specified grace period.
Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes, we offer a loyalty programme for returning customers.
Is the service available outside normal hours?
Yes. Xclusive Chauffeurs is available 24/7 for early departures and late-night arrivals.
Are your chauffeurs vetted?
Yes. Every driver is DBS-checked (Disclosure and Barring Service), holds the required Private Hire Vehicle licence, and is fully insured.

How much waiting time is included for Manchester Airport transfers?
Xclusive Chauffeurs includes up to one hour of complimentary waiting time on Manchester Airport transfers, measured from your flight’s actual landing time rather than its scheduled arrival.
Which airports do you serve?
We cover Manchester Airport (MAN), London Heathrow (LHR), London Gatwick (LGW), Birmingham (BHX), Leeds Bradford (LBA), Liverpool John Lennon (LPL), and East Midlands (EMA).
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available across our fleet on request, including infant carriers, forward-facing seats, and booster cushions. Please confirm your child’s age and weight when booking.

What luxury vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes the Mercedes S-Class, E-Class and V-Class, the Range Rover Vogue, and the Rolls-Royce Ghost and Phantom.
Can a group travel together?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class comfortably seats a larger group or wedding party travelling together.
Are your vehicles chauffeur-driven or self-drive?
All vehicles in the Xclusive Chauffeurs fleet are chauffeur-driven only. Every booking includes a DBS-checked, uniformed chauffeur as standard.
How far in advance should I book a wedding car?
Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead, particularly for Rolls-Royce vehicles and popular Saturday dates between May and September, which are reserved earliest.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly invoicing, priority booking and a dedicated account contact, suited to businesses with recurring Manchester Airport transfers, client visits or scheduled meetings.
Do you handle long-distance UK travel?
Yes. Many clients prefer a chauffeured vehicle over first-class rail for door-to-door convenience and comfort. Contact us for a bespoke fixed-price quote.
