Most bookings, like airport transfers or long-distance trips, have a 2-hour minimum. For local travel within 15 miles, we have a reduced 1-hour minimum. There is no minimum for pre-paid hourly rates.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full deposit refund. 48-hour cancellations forfeit 50% of the deposit. Less than 48 hours result in full fees being charged based on the original reservation.
